SAIDO NITEGLOW’s glow-in-the-dark bumpers and mag-charge ring are designed with a photo-luminescent material absorbs high energy light and slowly emits lower energy light over time in dark environments. HOW DO I ACTIVATE THE GLOW? The glow-in-the-dark phosphors within the material require “charging” by means of sunlight/UV light absorption first in order to glow in dark places. Different intensity and duration of light absorption will provide a different charge. After which, SAIDO NITEGLOW is ready to glow in dark environments. HOW LONG DOES THE GLOW LAST? After “charging”, peak brightness in the dark lasts approximately 30 minutes. As time passes, the intensity will gradually dim over time but can last a few hours in ideal conditions. This may also be affected by other external factors such as surrounding ambient light sources passively “recharging” the glow. WHY IS MY CASE NOT GLOWING? If your SAIDO NITEGLOW is not glowing in the dark, it is likely because it has not been exposed to sunlight/UV light recently or for long enough. If you have been indoors for many hours prior, your case may not glow when moving to a dark area.
