Customers have the following delivery options:
Free Delivery - 2 to 3 working days to fulfill
Same Day Delivery - Less than 24 hours to fulfill
Returns & Refunds
In-Store Returns
Customers must inspect items at the counter before leaving. Refunds or exchanges (if any) are processed only at first inspection and require the original receipt. If your device has a defect within 3 months, we will accept exchanges only with the original receipt. Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not allowed once the product has been accepted and taken from the counter.
Note: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Digital Gadgets shall not be liable for any loss or damage to a customer’s device resulting from misuse, improper installation performed by third parties, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.
Online Returns
Refunds or exchanges (if any) are processed within the first three months and will require the original receipt sent via email. Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not allowed once the product has been accepted and taken from the counter.
