I am absolutely in love with this bluetooth headset. It is convenient, extremely lightweight, and snugly fits into my ear without any hassle. Though the headset does not come with a wall charger, it can be charged in the car while driving. I recommend charging for a full 2 hours prior to use so the battery stays at 100%. Since I am always commuting between my jobs and school, I needed some sort of hands free bluetooth. After what seemed like an endless search, I found the Devia Vortex. Sleek, super stylish and easy to pair to your mobile device, this headset comes with a spare silicone ear piece, mobile charging port, and simple/ clear operating instructions (Since the product is manufactured in China, the instructions are in broken English, but overall very easy to understand). Once the headset is fully charged, "pop out" the receiver (push into the charging port) to begin use. After the initial pairing and upon popping out the receiver, the bluetooth automatically turns on and connects to your phone which is a BIG DEAL for me. I've owned several headsets where I would have to pair prior to each call, very annoying and beyond frustrating! Not the Devia! I feel like a lot of reviewers complaining about the longevity of the battery did not charge the bluetooth prior to first use. Just like any other device operated by a rechargeable battery, the power source needs to be at 100% in order for the device to maintain a decent charge. I have had ZERO problems with this headset. The sound quality is perfect; loud, sharp, and clear on both ends of the call. It does pick up a fair amount of wind if the windows are rolled down but that's about it in terms of cons. Not a deal breaker for me at all. I love this hands free bluetooth headset! I am so happy that I can efficiently and safely make and receive calls while on the road! I was extremely fortunate to receive this headset at a discounted rate in trade for my unbiased, honest opinion after thorough use of the product. And that is exactly what you are getting. One thing I hate doing is wasting money on crappy purchases so I do my best to be accurate and descriptive. I want to make sure other reviewers know the level of quality a product possesses since I always research my potential purchases before committing.
